Use these two Ross Bentley peripheral vision exercises to give your vision a workout.
- When driving your regular car and looking straight ahead what can you see out the side window? How much detail can you see? What colour are the objects?
- Hold out your left hand making a thumbs up. Look at your thumb whilst tracing a figure of 8. Repeat with right hand. 15 min exercise.
Goals:
- Improved on track awareness
- Lower driving fatigue
- Less tunnel visioning under driving stress
