Use these two Ross Bentley peripheral vision exercises to give your vision a workout.

  1. When driving your regular car and looking straight ahead what can you see out the side window? How much detail can you see? What colour are the objects?
  2. Hold out your left hand making a thumbs up. Look at your thumb whilst tracing a figure of 8. Repeat with right hand. 15 min exercise.
